STS has a powerful yet affordable solution for Document Indexing. STS is designed to allow a desktop user with a high-speed scanner to quickly scan and file many documents with a minimal amount of manual data entry.  It has many of the same features found in enterprise document capture solutions costing $10,000 or more for extremely lower costs. STS is also much easier to use because it is designed for single-user scanning environments instead of large scanning service bureaus. 

Its unique 1-click interface lets you scan, process barcodes, OCR, rename files and upload them to a server all in one step or even as an unattended process.

Our High Speed Technologies automates the document indexing process with data recognition capabilities that automatically populate the index fields. Operators no longer need to do manual data entry, they simply verify data accuracy and fix low confidence recognition fields, doubling and even tripling data entry productivity.

The document indexing process can be further accelerated with the use of 'smart' separator sheets.

In its simplest form, a 'smart' separator sheet will use a barcode to separate either batches or documents, with each section getting its own identifier. This ensures that an image is available faster in your repository.
